Heating Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) Metering Solutions
The IMS EM-Pro is a runtime device that enables a billing service to proportionally allocate energy usage of central HVAC equipment in multi-tenant applications. This product, designed for use with a wireless AMR system, provides HVAC runtime information and, on time and temperature models, error messages for equipment malfunctions. When properly implemented, the EM-Pro fairly allocates the HVAC energy costs in a multi-tenant building, and since tenants can be billed for their fair share of the energy bill, they are incentivized to conserve energy.
